Privacy policy · Updated July 13, 2026
Your work deserves clear boundaries.
This policy explains the information Twenty Four may process when you use the public-beta website.
Information you provide
You may enter a creative brief, select reference files, or send a message through the Contact page. Contact submissions include the name, email address, topic, and message you provide; they are delivered to the support inbox and used to review and respond to your request. When server-backed AI generation is enabled, prompt content is sent to the configured AI provider, currently OpenAI, to return the requested output. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or content you lack permission to use.
Browser and local information
The current public experience does not require an account. Some prototype preferences or temporary project information may be stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage may remove locally saved information.
Embedded media
The reel section contains official TikTok embeds. Loading or playing those embeds may allow TikTok to receive device, network, cookie, and interaction information under its own privacy terms.
Advertising and cookies
If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize ads where consent and law permit.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional opt-out information is available through AboutAds.
AdSense account code is not active until the publisher configures a real account and an appropriate consent platform. Where required in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform will be used before personalized advertising is served.
Service providers
Providers may include the website host, the configured AI provider, embedded-media platforms, security services, and—after activation—Google advertising services. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Retention and rights
Device-local data remains under your browser's controls. Server logs and AI requests should be retained only as long as needed for security, debugging, and service operation. Privacy or deletion questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
Changes
This policy may change as production services are connected. The updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
